Description
Grey Polypropylene Copolymer (PPC) Sheet is a tough, lightweight engineering plastic offering excellent impact strength, outstanding chemical resistance, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Its practical grey finish, very low moisture absorption (less than 0.1%), and ease of fabrication make it a popular choice for industrial cladding, enclosures, and structural fabrication where a neutral professional appearance is required.
PPC is softer and more impact-resistant than homopolymer polypropylene, giving it better toughness at lower temperatures and superior stress crack resistance. It is easily welded, machined, and fabricated, making it well suited to bespoke projects and custom cut applications.
PPH or PPC — Which Should You Choose?
Choose PPC if your application involves impact loading, lower temperatures (down to -20°C), or you need greater flexibility and toughness. Choose PPH if you need higher rigidity, greater tensile strength, or performance at temperatures up to +100°C. Both are food contact approved and chemically resistant — the right choice comes down to whether stiffness or impact toughness matters more for your application.
Available in a range of sheet sizes cut from full 2440 x 1220mm stock.
Important: Engineering plastics are supplied as semi-finished materials and usually have no protective film. Light marks or scratches are normal and do not affect performance.
