Polypropylene Copolymer Sheets (PPC)

Polypropylene Copolymer (PPC) sheet is a lightweight, tough engineering plastic offering excellent impact strength, outstanding chemical resistance, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Its very low moisture absorption (less than 0.1%) and FDA food contact approval make it a practical choice for industrial, commercial, and hygienic applications.

PPC is softer and more impact-resistant than homopolymer polypropylene, giving it better toughness at lower temperatures and superior stress crack resistance. It is easily welded, machined, and fabricated, making it well suited to bespoke and custom cut projects.

Available in five colours — Natural, Black, White, Grey, and Beige — PPC sheet is stocked in thicknesses from 1mm to 12mm and cut to size from full 2440 x 1220mm sheets. Standard cut sizes are available for immediate despatch.
