Delivery Information

All delivery prices displayed are for UK Mainland ONLY (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please contact us via email (sales@trentplastics.co.uk) or phone (01427 611 668) for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and remote locations including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands, as additional charges and extended lead times may apply.
Next Day Deliveries: Next Day services are only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery is made on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Friday before 12:00 PM will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day. Next Day services are subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods or adverse weather.
Delivery method is determined by the size, weight, and value of the order and will be via Royal Mail, courier, or our own transport. For courier or own transport deliveries, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

The risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Delivery is deemed complete once a signature has been received accepting the goods.
From receipt of cleared payment, we aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
While delivery dates are provided in good faith, we accept no responsibility for costs, damages, or losses caused directly or indirectly by delivery delays outside of our control.
Orders unsuitable for courier dispatch will be notified via email to confirm how you would like to proceed.
Prices are subject to change. The delivery charge applied at checkout is the price applicable at the time of your order.
