To place an order:

  2. Proceed to checkout, where you’ll confirm your details and accept these Terms.
  3. Orders are subject to acceptance. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, which signifies our acceptance and the creation of a binding contract.
  4. Orders remain the property of Trent Plastics Fabrications Ltd until full payment is received.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment methods include Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, and other payment gateways as listed on the website.
  • Prices may change due to unforeseen costs, but confirmed orders will not be affected unless there is a pricing error.

5. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery times, but delays can happen.
  • For oversized or custom goods, additional delivery costs may apply. We will notify you if extra charges are necessary.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery, but ownership remains with us until payment in full is received.

6. Product Information

  • All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact matches.

7. Custom Orders and Tolerances

  • For custom sizes, materials may have industry-standard tolerances (e.g., +/-10% in thickness).
  • Ensure that specifications for custom orders are accurate and complete. Trent Plastics is not liable for discrepancies caused by incorrect customer-supplied data.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • You have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for custom-made products.
  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days, excluding shipping costs, unless the goods were faulty upon receipt.

9. Faulty Goods

Inspect goods upon delivery. If a product is faulty, notify us within 48 hours. After this period, goods will be deemed accepted and in proper condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • We are not liable for business losses or indirect losses like loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
  • In the event of any breach of these terms, our maximum liability is the total value of the products ordered.
