On rare occasions, our courier may be unable to deliver an item of this size to certain addresses due to site access restrictions. If this happens, we'll contact you before dispatch, alternative delivery may carry an additional charge (from approx. £100 + VAT for a pallet), which you'd need to approve before we proceed.
