All work carried out in-house at our Gainsborough facility. We hold stock of a wide range of plastic sheet, rod and tube and cut, machine and fabricate to your exact requirements.

Laser Cutting & Engraving High-definition laser cutting for intricate shapes, lettering and decorative work. Ideal for signage, displays and fine detail work. |
CNC Machining CNC milling, turning, routing and cutting for complex, repeatable components. Suitable for engineering plastic parts and bespoke profiles. |

Plastic Fabrication Full fabrication including drilling, routing, edge finishing, bonding and assembly. We take your drawing and deliver a finished part. |
Machine Guards Bespoke food industry, industrial and conveyor machine guards. CNC enclosures and lift guards to your drawings in acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG or PVC. |
Thermoforming Heat forming of flat plastic sheet into three-dimensional shapes and profiles. Ideal for covers, housings, trays and display components. |

Plastic Welding Hot gas and extrusion welding of polypropylene, HDPE, UPVC and PVC. Used for tanks, ducting, bespoke fabrications and repair work. |
Splashbacks Cut-to-size acrylic splashbacks for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial environments. Colour-matched from our full acrylic range. |
Signs, Letters & Decals Laser-cut and CNC-routed lettering, plaques, safety signs and display graphics in acrylic, polycarbonate and ACM composite. |
